SoloStream is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. As a service provider to your chosen financial institution, SoloStream adheres to the privacy policies of those institutions. This Privacy Policy is designed to clarify the specific data elements that SoloStream interacts with and how those data elements are managed.

Data Safeguarding Efforts

SoloStream has implemented measures to safeguard user data. While no security system is infallible, SoloStream employs rigorous security practices to protect user data.

• SoloStream does not store login credentials for bank accounts.
• Access to linked banking accounts is facilitated through encrypted tokens, which are not stored directly by SoloStream.
• All API requests to SoloStream are conducted via HTTPS (non-HTTPS requests are disabled).
• Data access is secured by firewall systems, with additional protections in place to prevent malicious attacks.
• Sensitive data, such as phone numbers and email addresses, is stored in an encrypted format.

Information We Collect

SoloStream collects data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to its users. Information is collected in the following ways:

1. User-Provided Information: This includes information submitted by users during application registration or updates. Personal Information collected may include the user’s name, phone number, and email address.
2. Bank-Provided Information: As part of accessing financial accounts, SoloStream may collect necessary financial data, such as deposit and transaction history.
3. Automatically Collected Information: When users interact with the Service, SoloStream may automatically collect certain information, including Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, log files, unique device identifiers, browser types, pages viewed, and interactions with links. This data may be used for monitoring and improving the Service.

SoloStream uses the collected data for the following purposes:

SoloStream shares user information in limited circumstances:

1. To provide the Service: Personal information is shared with third-party providers to facilitate services, such as sending notifications and messages via text.

SoloStream does not share personal information for advertising purposes and does not engage in third-party data sales.

SoloStream limits data sharing to the purposes outlined above. No other sharing of user data occurs, as SoloStream is not supported by advertising or third-party services.

Children’s Privacy

SoloStream does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If it becomes apparent that such information has been collected, it will be promptly deleted.
